Three defendants were sentenced and four pleaded guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor earlier this week.
Robert Price (pictured), 39, of Lakeview, was sentenced to four years in prison. He was previously found guilty by a jury of trafficking in drugs and pleaded guilty to having a weapon under disability.
On December 11th, jurors deliberated for about three hours before returning their verdict.
The conviction stems from the sale of crack cocaine near Community Markets on East Sandusky Avenue on January 11th, 2012.
An undercover informant made the buy for $20.
Lisa Miller, 36, of Marion, was sentenced to 78 days in the Logan County Jail, two years community control, and ordered to pay restitution, court costs, and attorney fees for theft.
Tyrone Coleman, 34, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to five years community control and ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees for non-support of dependents.
Jennifer Gillman, 34, of Hatfield, Kentucky, pleaded guilty to attempted theft of a firearm and theft.
Jeremy Downing, 34, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition.
Scottie McMillen, 20, of Belle Center, pleaded guilty to complicity to grand theft and criminal trespassing.
Johnathan Hocking, 29, of Schneider, Indiana, pleaded guilty to two counts of carrying a concealed weapon.
Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for March 4th.
