Both drivers and a passenger were injured in a head-on crash on State Route 739 near Honda Parkway Thursday night around 10:55.
The Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol reports that Ryo Nakajima, 30, of Milford Center, was driving a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe southbound on 739 when he went left of center and collided with a northbound 1998 Ford Econoline F350 cargo van operated by William Brugh, 49, of Milford Center.
Nakajima suffered serious injuries. He was transported to Union County Memorial Hospital in Marysville by Liberty Township EMS then transferred by MedFlight to OSU Medical Center. He is listed in critical condition.
Brugh and a passenger in the van, Dana Lee, 54, of North Lewisburg, suffered minor injuries. Both of them were transported to Union County Memorial Hospital by Liberty Township EMS.
All three occupants were wearing their seat belts.
Both vehicles were heavily damaged.
Troopers continue their investigation.
