Two teens walking along Route 33 in Russells Point late Tuesday night were issued drug-related summons.
Blake Scott Wilson, 18, of 134 North Street, Russells Point, and Mark Sanders, 16, of 1211 North Metcalf Street, Lima, were stopped by the Russells Point Police Department around eleven o'clock.
Officers were concerned because the teens were wearing dark clothing.
After a discussion about curfew and the dangers of walking on the road with dark clothes, officers noticed that Sanders appeared confused and disoriented.
Police report that both teens were under the influence of marijuana.
Wilson and Sanders were charged with drug abuse and possession of marijuana.
Wilson was also charged with furnishing drugs to a juvenile.
