A drunk unruly patron was arrested after he allegedly caused a disturbance at Mad River Mountain, 1000 Snow Valley Road, Zanesfield, Thursday night around 7:50.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office charged David Wackerhagen (pictured), 46, of Ypsilanti, Michigan, with persistent disorderly conduct.
Deputies met with the resort's security and staff before making the arrest.
A dog in Wackerhagen's vehicle was transported to the Humane Society Serving Logan County.
Wackerhagen was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
