A Kentucky man suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash at the Hopewell railroad crossing north of Bellefontaine Thursday morning around nine o'clock.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Dennis Hall, 70, of Chaplin, Kentucky, was driving a '96 Buick LeSabre southbound on Route 68 when he slowed for vehicles along the road. His car was then rear-ended by an '09 Volvo semi operated by Paul Brown, 40, of Richwood.
Hall, who suffered minor injuries, was treated at the scene by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS.
Brown was not injured. He was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts. Their vehicles had moderate damage.
