A Bellefontaine man was arrested on outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Chillicothe Avenue Thursday night around 11:05.
Ramarco Jarrett (pictured), 27, of 1219 South Detroit Street, was wanted on five probation violation warrants for possession of drugs and one probation violation warrant for weapons under disabilities from Franklin County.
A Bellefontaine Police Officer reported seeing a vehicle traveling westbound of Eastern Avenue doing 40 in a 25 mile-per-hour zone.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and learned of the warrants.
A box cutter was found in Jarrett's back pocket.
A search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe and a shoulder holster for a pistol. Officers report that residue on the pipe smelled of burnt marijuana.
