For Christians the Easter holiday and week leading up is perhaps the most important week in history. You may say what about Christmas? Yes, the birth of Jesus is much celebrated, but Easter, when Christ died on the cross and rose from the grave signals that he is alive and made the ultimate sacrifice.
This week on In Sync Bill Tipple sits down with Jeff Willetts, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church in Bellefontaine. Willetts will tell the Easter story, the events leading up to the crucifixion, and what happened after.

Willetts felt as a kid that he would be a minister. He went to college and graduated. Then completed his Masters while serving at a church. He came to Bellefontaine in 1995 and has been the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church for the last 18 years.
For Willetts this is his favorite week of the year.

Willetts wants everyone to get the full feel of this week. Easter is a day of celebration, but he says go back to the events earlier in the week. Go back to the last supper, the day Jesus was put to death and get the feeling that the disciples had.
You can hear the entire In Sync with Pastor Jeff Willetts Sunday at 8:30 on 1390 WBLL "The Bell" or at 8:45 on Mix 98.3 WPKO.
