The Logan County Fair Board did not meet officially Wednesday evening due to a lack of quorum.
However, the board was able to hear committee reports. Quality Assurance has wrapped up for the year and 77 kids participated in last weekend’s event. Over 300 Jr. Fair members took part in quality assurance this year, including out of county kids.
There was some discussion about turning the fairground’s sign back on along Main Street. The sign was turned off shortly after the board's December meeting.
The board also discussed a possible new exhibit coming to the fair. The Benjamin Logan FFA is looking into adding a baby animal exhibit.
The fair board has a scheduled work day set for June 22nd.
The Logan County Fair Board will meet again on June 12th at 7:30 pm.
