A North Carolina woman was arrested on multiple charges at a rural DeGraff residence Tuesday night around 8:00.
Chelsey Carr (pictured), 21, of Camp Lejeune, was charged after she lied to deputies from the Logan County Sheriff's Office.
Initially, deputies responded to a distraught female walking near the intersection of Township Road 208 and Township Road 210.
The unnamed female, who admitted to smoking marijuana, was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Riverside EMS.
The initial call led deputies to the home that Carr was house sitting.
She lied about using the homeowner's vehicle.
After contacting the homeowner, Carr was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, falsification, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Carr was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
The distraught female was not charged.
