A rural Bellefontaine man and his two teen brothers were issued alcohol-related summons following an incident on State Route 235 north of State Route 47 Wednesday morning around 4:30.
A Logan County Sheriff's deputy on patrol saw an SUV off the side of 235 near County Road 27.
Passenger Travis Ramos, 16, was outside vomiting when the deputy approached the vehicle.
Authorities found beer in the back of the vehicle.
The driver, Gerardo Ramos III, 23, was charged with two counts of furnishing alcohol to an underage person and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Travis Ramos and Tyler Ramos, 15, were each charged with underage consumption.
A third juvenile riding in the car was not charged.
The Ramos brothers live at 1053 Township Road 31 North, Bellefontaine.
