A drunk driver was arrested after he passed several vehicles on State Route 117 north of Huntsville Saturday night just before seven o'clock.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Benjamin Miller (pictured), 25, of Medway, was driving a pickup southbound on 117 near County Road 38 (near Duff Quarry) when he went off the right side of the road into the gravel.
Miller then passed three vehicles on 117 near Township Road 100.
Miller turned onto Wishart Street in Huntsville.
A deputy activated his sirens and Miller stopped in a parking lot on Willoby Street near Napoleon Street.
Miller told deputies he was on his way home after drinking at Indian Lake.
After detecting a strong odor of alcohol, authorities conducted a field sobriety test.
Miller was charged with DUI, failure to drive in marked lanes, and a felony count of possession of drugs.
The drug charge was filed after deputies recovered Clonazepam.
Miller was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
His blood alcohol level was .142.
