The Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to a pair of injury accidents over the weekend.
Six people were injured in a T-Bone crash at the intersection of Route 33 and County Road 57 Saturday morning at 11:55.
Keith Brown, 55, of Lima, was driving a 1998 Oldsmobile minivan northbound on 57 attempting to cross 33 when he pulled in front of a westbound 2002 Chevy Malibu operated by Wiley Salyers, 68, of Lawrenceville, Georgia.
The Malibu struck the passenger's side of the van.
Two passengers in the van were flown from the scene to OSU Medical Center in Columbus.
Cindy Brown, 54, of Lima, was transported by MedFlight and Jennifer Brown, 35, of Lima, was transported by CareFlight.
Another passenger in the van, Brianna Mullen, 13, of Lima, had possible injuries. She was not transported.
Mr. Brown had possible injuries, but he was not transported.
Roger Mullen, 43, of Lima, was not injured.
Salyers and his passenger, Rhonda Salyers, 61, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, were transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Robinaugh EMS.
Mrs. Salyers had serious injuries.
Deputies cited Brown for failure to yield.
All seven occupants were wearing their seat belts.
The accident closed the westbound lanes of Route 33 for about 90 minutes.
Huntsville Fire and EMS, Bellefontaine Fire and EMS, Robinaugh EMS, and Indian Lake EMS assisted at the scene.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Deputies were sent to a two-vehicle injury accident north of Bellefontaine on Route 68 near County Road 111 Sunday afternoon around 2:15.
Scott Heck, 31, of Cincinnati, was driving a 2000 Chevy SUV northbound on 68 when he pulled off the right side of the road.
Heck was struck when he attempted to pull back onto the roadway in front of a northbound 2012 Nissan minivan driven by Tim Smoot, 43, of 305 East Baird Street, West Liberty.
Smoot had possible injuries, but he was not transported.
Two passengers in his vehicle were injured.
Jodi Smoot, 43, and Brandon Smoot, 17, were taken to Mary Rutan Hospital by Rushcreek EMS.
Heck was not injured. He was cited for failure to yield.
All of the occupants were using their seat belts.
The SUV suffered moderate damage and the minivan had heavy damage.
Bellefontaine Fire and EMS assisted at the scene.
