An Indian Lake man was arrested on multiple counts following a domestic disturbance at his residence Sunday night around 9:15.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Dennis Thornsberry (pictured), 48, of 11314 Powhattan Path, Lakeview, was intoxicated when he pushed his two sons and their mother.
The sons were holding their father on the ground when deputies arrived.
Thornsberry was growling and trying to get up.
Earlier in the evening, Thornsberry beat a truck with a hammer. He also urinated in the front yard.
Deputies found marijuana roaches in his pocket.
He was then charged with felony domestic violence and possession of marijuana.
The domestic violence charge was a felony because of a prior domestic violence arrest.
Thornsberry was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
An Indian Lake squad evaluated him before he was transported to jail.
The mother and sons were not injured.
