A local man was arrested on felony charges following a dispute with his son Saturday afternoon around 5:15.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Brett Zachariah, 43, of 227 South Main Street, Mt. Victory, got into a dispute with Dustin Zachariah, 25, of 7664 County Road 121, Ridgeway, over license plates on a vehicle.
The argument, which happened at the son's residence, turned physical.
Brett knocked Dustin to the ground and pulled an earring from his ear.
He then threatened to assault Dustin's live-in fiancée, Letitia Scott, 22.
Deputies responded to the scene and noticed dried blood on Dustin's ear and other signs of a struggle.
Brett Zachariah left before authorities arrived.
The Hardin County Sheriff's Office located him in the Mt. Victory area.
He was charged with two counts of felony domestic violence and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
