Indian Lake staff used a waiver day Monday for staff training.
Teachers learned about their evaluation system including student learning outcomes.
Staff also heard a presentation on the dangers of concussions from Logan County Health Commissioner Dr. Boyd Hoddinott and PT & DPT Kristy Wisner from the Mary Rutan Physical Rehab Center. Teachers learned what to look for to help identify the signs of a concussion.
Staff also continued their work with Student Learning Objectives (SLOs), a tool that will help teachers document a student’s growth in their classroom.
