Two defendants were sentenced and three pleaded guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O’Connor earlier this week.
Christopher Stachler, 36, of Lakeview, was sentenced to 30 days in the Logan County Jail, five years community control, and ordered to pay a $250 fine, court costs, attorney fees, and restitution for burglary.
In May, Stachler was indicted for two counts of burglary (F3).
Daniel Matheson, 36, of Columbus, was sentenced to 30 days in the Logan County Jail, two years community control, and ordered to pay a $300 fine, court costs, and attorney fees for attempted breaking and entering.
Seth Hoffman, 27, of Lakeview, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and trafficking in drugs. He was granted intervention in lieu of conviction. He must complete drug and alcohol counseling and three years community control.
Ruth Clark, 29, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to theft and was placed on the prosecutor’s pretrial diversion program.
Tiffany McMann, 29, of Lakeview, pleaded guilty to forgery. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is scheduled for November 25th.
