Kenny D. “Pickles” Hatmaker, 58, of Lakeview, formerly of Tremont City, OH, passed away Sunday evening, August 12, 2012 at Springfield Regional Medical Center.
Kenny was born on July 11, 1954 in Urbana, OH to the late Dallas & Kathryn Evilsizor Hatmaker. He was married to the former Cindy Boldman for 20 years and she preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by a nephew, Dwight Harness.
He is survived by his loving sister, Kaye (Lee) Wintrow of Springfield, OH, a brother, Jim (Virginia) Hatmaker of Texas, a nephew, Doug (Maryann) Harness of Huber Heights, OH and three great-nephews, Rob Harness, James Harness and Kevin Nance.
Kenny was a 1972 graduate of Northwestern High School in Springfield. He was a member of the Indian Lake Eagles Aeries #3615 and Indian Lake Moose Lodge # 1533, both of Lakeview. He was a skilled wood finisher. He enjoyed playing cards and watching sports, especially football. He loved being with friends and meeting people.
A gathering of family and friends will be on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. at Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview.
Memorial Contributions may be given in his name to the Clark County Hospice.
