Updated: Benjamin Logan moves to 4-0 - Saturday basketball finals

Several area basketball teams were in action Saturday.

Boys finals:

Benjamin Logan edged visiting Waynesfield-Goshen 67-66 in overtime.

The Raiders are 4-0. They have won three games in overtime.

Indian Lake fell at Urbana 75-52.

Ivan Reichert led the Lakers with 21 points, Christian Grider dropped in 15, and Jalon Tuttle added 12.

Nathan Mays paced the Hillclimbers with 20 points and 13 rebounds.

The Lakers are 1-1 overall and 0-1 in the CBC. 

The Hillclimbers are 2-0, 1-0.

Jackson Center edged host Riverside 39-37.

Drew Sosby had 11 points.

For Riverside, Dalton Bollinger recorded 11 points and 7 rebounds.

Sophomore Jesse Kean added 10 points.

JC is 2-1; Riverside is 2-2.

Calvary Christian lost to Grand Lake Christian Academy 45-20.

Ben Tanner led the Spartans with 6 points.

New Knoxville nipped Anna 59-57.

Minster beat Russia 65-58.

The Calvary Christian Jr. High boys ran past Grand Lake Christian Academy 45-22 in their season opener.

Josh Kilgore had a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds.

Tyler Reinhard added 11 points and 5 rebounds.

Girls finals:

Benjamin Logan fell at Graham 38-31.

The Falcons raced out to a 19-10 halftime lead.

Taylor Quay led the Raiders with 10 points.

The JV Raiders outlasted Graham 42-38 in overtime.

Addie Rodenberger had 13 points and Dakota Derr dropped in 10 points.

Benjamin Logan (1-4) will host Triad Wednesday night.

Jackson Center stifled visiting Riverside 47-13.

For the Pirates, Aubrey Stephens and Monica Hurley each had 4 points.

Emily Teague added 3 points.

Riverside is 2-4.

Bellefontaine lost at Kenton Ridge 66-49.

Bellefontaine led 30-25 at the half.

The Cougars outscored BHS 41-19 in the second half.

Kameren Haley and Kenzie Brunswick each scored 12 points.

Jazmyn Haley added 11.

The Chiefs are 2-3 overall and 1-1 in the CBC.

The Cougars are 6-0, 2-0.

West Liberty-Salem fell to Southeastern 40-33.

Jamie Peterson led the Tigers with 19 points and 9 rebounds.

Greenon edged Indian Lake 57-54.

Northwestern beat Urbana 52-40.

Tipp City outscored Tecumseh 65-56.

Fairlawn blitzed Lehman 92-33.

Ft. Loramie beat Miami East 66-49.

Upper Scioto Valley defeated Cory-Rawson 52-41.

Ridgemont handled Mansfield Temple Christian 76-38.
