Updated: Lady Tigers win again - Tuesday soccer scoreboard

The West Liberty-Salem varsity girls soccer team beat Bethel 3-1 at Urbana University Tuesday night.

For the Lady Tigers, Kaitlyn Michael scored 2 goals while Rachel Davis added 1 goal.

Gabby Hollar had 2 assists and Sophie Cole had 1.

Goalie Paige Shafer had 2 saves.

WL-S, now 9-0, plays at Northeastern Thursday evening at 5:30.

Mataya PenhorwoodCalvary Christian defeated Springfield Emmanuel 8-3.

Tyler Reinhard scored 4 goals and Daniel Wilt and Matt Hane each added a goal.

Wilt tallied 3 assists and Josh Kilgore and Jon Salmonowicz each contributed an assist.

Garrett Criner, Dylan Jordan, and Andrew Reinhard played keeper for the Spartans.

The Spartans improve to 8-0 and host Sidney Christian Academy Thursday.

Bellefontaine TLC outscored Benjamin Logan #2 4-1 Tuesday in JH travel soccer.

For Bellefontaine Dakota Shell had 2 goals. Will Patterson and Keaton Stachler each scored a goal.

Caleb Epp scored the goal for BL #2.

The Indian Lake JH team traveled to West Liberty Tuesday and after being down 2-1 came back and beat the Tigers 5-2.

Maddox Hall had an assist and a goal while Ava Shroyer also had an assist.

Brody Parsell, Calvin Knief, and Kaitlyn Shaner all helped with a strong defensive effort in the 2nd half.

Ethan Knief led the way in goal for the Lakers, now 4-1 on the season.

In BYCSA K-1 boys, Net Gain edged Englehaupt Embroidery 1-0.

Xavier Conner, Matthew Dearwester, Ean Fultz, and William Jenkins recorded saves.

In 2-3 coed action McDonald's shutout Brown's Refuse 11-0.

Zavier Wren had 4 goals, while Zandynn Wren, Page Smith, and Sam Jenkins each had 2.

Grady Graham added a goal in the last seconds of the game.

Sam Jenkins had 3 assists.

Sean Morgan, Krew Coleman, and Grady Graham each had saves on the goal.
