Huntsville wins back-to-back farm league titles (Audio & video included)

The Logan County Farm League Champion was decided in West Mansfield Monday.

Huntsville Fulkerson Excavating and Zupp Trucking defeated Belle Center 10-4.

Huntsville has claimed the title in back-to-back years.

Playing for Fulkerson Excavating Zupp Trucking were Adrian Ramos, Trenton Fulkerson, Garrett Gross, Ethan Fulkerson, Seth Shields, Austin Parker, Chris Murphy, Lukas Curtis, Gage Lowery, Ethan Parker, Derrick Curtis, and Kason Carruthers. Coaches were Matt Gross, Aaron Shields, Andy Fulkerson, and Amber Parker.

Playing for Belle Center were Blake Peterson, Nate Shaw, Hunter Logsdon, Triston Hazel, Jacob McKenrick, Ethan Ricketts, Tanner Sines, Cole Harbour, Gavin Clay, and Josh Phillips. Coaches were Kevin Peterson, Dave Ricketts, and Brady Baier.

For Huntsville, Garrett Gross, Seth Shields, Austin Parker, and Ethan Fulkerson combined for 11 strikeouts. Lukas Curtis, Parker, and Shields each doubled.

For Belle Center, Blake Peterson and Hunter Logsdon combined for 7 strikeouts, Peterson belted a home run, Logsdon tripled, and Cole Harbour and Tanner Sines each added doubles.

Huntsville finished 20-0 and Belle Center was 17-3.
