The Bellefontaine Merchants rolled to two wins over Indian Lake to claim the Junior Acme sectional title on Friday.
Bellefontaine won the first game 14-4 behind the pitching of Colton DeMent and Joe Oliver. The two pitchers combined to strike out nine over six innings. John Kirby was 2-for-3 with a triple while Nick Ruble and Aaron Rutherford both had two hits.
In the second game, Lane Kiser scattered three hits and struck out five as Bellefontaine won 10-0. Caleib Johnson and Jordan Baughman both doubled and drove in two runs. Ruble added two hits and Oliver scored three runs.
Bellefontaine is now 16-6 and will play at home against Troy on Monday at 6 p.m. Bellefontaine will return to tournament action on Friday at Celina at 6 p.m.
