Lady Raider booters earn Senior Night win - Soccer scoreboard

The Benjamin Logan varsity girls soccer team celebrated Senior Night by defeating Urbana 1-0 Wednesday night.

Raider seniors Shannon Carr, Mary Evans, Abbi Frazier, and Dana VanBuskirk were honored before the game.

Shelbi Kramer scored the game-winner.

VanBuskirk earned her sixth shutout of the season.

Kramer, Taylor Coy, Hannah Boysel, and Kessie Rose had outstanding games.

Benjamin Logan is 6-7-2 overall and 2-6-2 in the CBC. Their final game of the regular season is next Wednesday at Greenon at seven o'clock.

The Bellefontaine varsity girls handled Dayton Stebbins 4-0 at Dodd Stadium.

Senior standout Regan Price scored two goals in the first half.

Aubrey Kabua and Kenzie Patton each scored after intermission.

Ashley Burkhammer recorded an assist.

The Lady Chiefs are 8-5 overall and 8-2 in the CBC.

The Bellefontaine varsity boys beat host Dayton Stebbins 2-0.

After a scoreless first half, Matt Baughman and Lucas Stoltzfus each scored a goal.

The Chiefs move to 8-2-3, 6-1-3.

The Indian Lake varsity boys fell at Graham 2-1.

The Falcons raced out to a 2-0 halftime lead.

Freshman Connor Davis scored for the Lakers.

Elijah Knief made three saves and Tyler Rode recorded a save.

The Lakers are 7-8, 4-6. They will host Northwestern for Senior Night next Wednesday at 6:00.

The Benjamin Logan varsity boys lost at Urbana 3-0.

The Raiders are 2-11-1, 0-9-1. The Hillclimbers improve to 7-7, 3-7.

Youth finals:

The Bellefontaine Junior High travel team beat Indian Lake #2 6-2.

Lillie Levan scored 3 goals. Katie Harmon, Mckenzie Haley, and Peyton Neeld each added a goal.

Hanna Davis and Mckenzie Haley each delivered an assist.

Landon Siebeneck scored both goals for Indian Lake.

In U12, the High Point Stars defeated Dublin United Italia 4-1.

Luke Woodruff scored twice. Daunte George and Michael Horvath each added a goal.

Marcus Walker and Pierce Wall each added an assist.

Keeper Drew Wrocklage along with Tate Schmittauer and Dominik Patton anchored the defense.
