Updated: Tigers and Lakers battle to a draw - Saturday Soccer scoreboard

The West Liberty-Salem girls tied Indian Lake 1-1 in their final game of the regular season.

Lindsay Hostetler scored for the Tigers.

April Kelley had 2 saves in goal.

The Tigers (8-4-4) first tournament game is Saturday at Troy Christian at 2:00.

Jr. High:

Benjamin Logan Black tied Indian Lake 1 2-2 in the opening round of the tournament.

For Benjamin Logan Black, Will King and Ralph LeVan each scored a goal.

Josh Mears and Mitch Coleman each recorded an assist.

Benjamin Logan Black will play West Liberty 2 Monday at 7:00 at Benjamin Logan High School.

City League 6-7-8

Hi-Point Nutrition beat Donatos 10-1.

EJ Edu scored four goals, Max Wilcoxon and Cambryia Elkins each scored 2 goals, and Sean McClain and Hara Brown scored a goal apiece. Hara Brown, Cambryia Elkins, Tevin Burris, EJ Edu, and Sean McClain recorded assists.

For Donatos, Jonathon Lewis scored a goal.


Bellefontaine beat West Liberty 2 3-0.

Sean McClain scored two goals and Cambryia Elkins scored a goal. Lilli LeVan and Jaela Smalley each had an assist.

Calvary Christian defeated Huntsville 8-1.

Six different Spartans were involved in the scoring. Rylan Studebaker and Pete Kratz each had two goals and an assist. Josh Kilgore, Andrew Reinhard, and Garrett Reinhard each had a goal. Tyler Reinhard scored a goal and had an assist and J.C. Patton recorded an assist.

Huntsville scored on a penalty kick. 

4-5 grade coed

Scott's Equipment played Heiby Oil to a 3-3 tie.

Heiby Oil went up 2-0 and then Hana Rader scored 3 unanswered goals. Late in the game Heiby Oil scored their 3rd goal to tie the game.

Keeper Derek Stonerock was in double digits with saves for Scott's Equipment.

Dominos tied AcuSport 2-2.

Kailynn Kenner and Deja Wilson scored for Dominos.

Wilson added an assist and Keeper Miles Harte made several saves.

For AcuSport, Dylan Welch and Ryan Carman each scored.


Zanesfield Byers Imports beat Riverside Garrity Portrait Studios 2-1.

Alex Naragon scored two goals for the winners.

For Riverside Garrity Portrait, Jordyn Marshall scored.

Calvary Christian blanked Huntsville 3-0.

Goalies Tyler Barthauer and Dylan Jordan combined for the shutout.

Isaac Reinhard had a pair of goals and Hayden Neely added a goal.

North Logan defeated Huntsville 1 4-2.

Seth Davis scored twice. Josie Davis and Beth Wohlgamuth each added a goal.


Calvary 2 played to a 2-2 tie Saturday.

Trevor Berry found the back of the net twice in the first half and Wylie Harbor did an excellent job defending in goal for the tie.

Huntsville 1 edged North Logan 2 2-1.

Brant Parsell and Rece Kimmel each scored.

Grace Pequignot recorded an assist.

Keeper Camden Tuttle along with Brayden Dempster and Katelyn Shaner anchored the defense.


Huntsville 2 defeated Calvary 3 7-0.

Lillian DeBoard had a hat trick. Katie and Halley Roby, Riley Rash, and Adeline Robinson each added a goal.

Huntsville 4 shut out Calvary Christian 4-0.

Chase Schaub scored two goals and Avery Pequignot and Ryan Culp each tallied a goal.

The Spartan defense was led by Abigail Reinhard and Kari Gantz, who had numerous stops at goalie.

West Liberty #10 Logan View Pediatrics tied West Liberty #8 People's Savings and Loan 2-2.

For Logan View, Kennedy Wallace and Craig Stanford scored.

For People's Savings and Loan, Brodey Deam and Jackson Steider scored.
