Ten weeks ago teams were getting ready for their first game of the season on a hot August Friday with goals of winning league championships and making the playoffs. Now we sit with one game left in the regular season and we still have questions as to who's the best in the OHC. Tonight's feature game on WPKO will be 8-1 Triad @ 9-0 West Liberty-Salem. The winner claims the OHC title and further cements their playoff seeding. A Cardinals win (along with the league crown) would propel them higher in Region 20 and perhaps even shoot them past West Liberty-Salem. A Tigers win means a 2nd consecutive undefeated season and they should host a playoff game next week. West Liberty-Salem's 23 game regular season winning streak is on the line. Their last regular season loss at home was September 2010 against Triad who beat them 48-21. The visiting team has won the last three games in this series. This week's guest picker is from West Liberty-Salem. Senior state champion Meghan Vogel joins us this week. Meghan made national news last spring when she helped a fellow runner cross the finish line in the state 3200m final in Columbus. Her unselfish act was an inspiration for the entire country. A short time before that run she won the 1600m run for her first state championship. Meghan is currently competing in cross country. She won the District last week and is running Saturday afternoon at 1:30 in the regional meet in Troy. Good luck Meghan! We know she can run, but can she pick football games?
