Bellefontaine varsity boys place 2nd in bowling tri-match

The Bellefontaine bowling teams competed in a tri-match against Springfield Shawnee and Northwestern Thursday.

The Bellefontaine varsity boys finished 2nd with 2,721 points. Northwestern recorded 2,953 points and Springfield Shawnee tallied 2,628 points.

For the Chiefs, Dylan Legge fired a 504 series, Joey Jacobs shot a 429 series, Cale Sterling bowled a 384 series, Alex Richards rolled a 195 game, Devin Legge contributed a 191 game, and Cody Hullinger added a 187 game.

The Bellefontaine JV boys placed 3rd with 1,670 points. Springfield Shawnee recorded 2,135 points and Northwestern totaled 2,110 points.

For the JV Chiefs, Dalton Massey bowled a 334 series and Josh Rinbolt added a 274 series.

The Bellefontaine varsity girls finished 2nd with 2,147 points. Northwestern tallied 2,417 points and Springfield Shawnee had 1,966 points.

For the Lady Chiefs, Haleigh Stafford rolled a 361 series, Allie Skelly contributed a 323 series, McKinley Manns totaled a 285 series, and Sierra Rhoades added a 159 game.

The Bellefontaine JV girls placed 2nd with 1,441 points. Northwestern totaled 1,912 points.

For the JV Lady Chiefs, Hannah Hall shot a 275 series and Drew Wagoner added a 122 game.
