The Riverside powerlifting team competed in the 2013 TopGun Invitational at Northeastern High School on Saturday. The boys and girls did very well in their first meet of the season.

Girls:
Allie Dickenson - 1st place in the 101 lbs class - Fr/Soph division
Ashton Defibaugh - 1st place in the 110 lbs class - Jr/Sr division
Ashton Wooddell - 2nd place in the 138 lbs class - Fr/Soph division
Kelsie Barney - 2nd place in the 170lbs class - Fr/Soph division
Taylor Goings - 2nd place in the 170lbs class - Jr/Sr division
Alexa Klinger - 5th place in the 127.8 lbs class - Fr/Soph division
Bailey Leonard also did very well in her first competition.
Boys:
Mike Schaffer - 1st place in the 138lbs class - Jr/Sr division
Kyle Plank - 1st place in the 154lbs class - Jr/Sr division
Austin Glasgow - 2nd place in the 154lbs class - Jr/Sr division
Chris Cox - 3rd place in the 170lbs class- Jr/Sr division
Collin Harbour - 3rd place in the 170lbs class - Fr/Soph division
Zach Stewart - 3rd place in the 227lbs class - Jr/Sr division
John Tully - 4th place in the 205lbs class - Jr/Sr division
Hunter Goings and Greg Bryant also did very well in their first competition.
