The Benjamin Logan varsity girls basketball team used an early spurt to defeat visiting Fairbanks 50-36 Wednesday night.
The Lady Raiders outscored the Lady Panthers 29-6 in the first half.
Senior Ciarra Wirick led a balanced attack with 10 points. Jessica Yoder and Marissa Wilbur each added 8.
Taylor Quay and Emmalee Rumney each collected 7 rebounds.
The Raiders move to 9-7. They will visit Graham on Saturday.
The JV Raiders steamrolled Fairbanks 44-18.
Holly Parker led the way with 8 points.
