Indian Lake Middle School 5th grade student Ethan Pequignot (pictured) was named to the Olympic Development Program (ODP) District 2 team over the weekend.
The selection process entailed six individual tryout sessions over three weekends.
Pequignot will compete for the ODP State team in the District Showcase on April 6th and 7th in Beavercreek.
Pequignot plays locally for LCS Elite and Classics Eagles, a club team based in the Columbus area.
On Sunday, the Classics Eagles knocked off Club Ohio Sporting Irish 7-3.
The Eagles improve their indoor league record to 2-0.
