The West Liberty-Salem varsity grapplers competed in the LCC Thunderbird Invitational this past weekend, finishing 25 out of 38 teams.
Trevor Anderson took first at 126, going 5-0 with four pins, and Josh Cordell went 2-2 at 138.
West Liberty wrestles next weekend at the OHC tournament.
The West Liberty-Salem middle school team competed at the Benjamin Logan wrestling tournament on Friday.
Levi Moell went 3-2 with two pins, and Garrett Predmore had a dominating 18-2 victory.
The Tigers final wrestling tournament of the season is the OHC Championships at Mechanicsburg High School Saturday.
