Two local youth soccer teams posted big wins at Soccer First in Dublin Sunday.
The High Point Stars 12U team defeated the GCKA Dragons 9-3.
Nate Hecker led the attack with four goals, Daunte George recorded two goals and one assist, Marcus Walker scored two goals, Dominik Patton (pictured with the ball) tallied a goal and an assist, and Derek Robb added an assist.
Isaac Williams and Tate Schmittauer along with Keepers Drew Wrocklage and Jackson Strzalka shined on defense.
The High Point Stars U11 team dominated the Delaware Knights 6-1.
Isaiah Henry led the scoring with three goals, including a two-point goal. Declan Ashcraft and Ryan Johnson tallied the other two goals.
Alex Naragon had two assists while Pierce Wall, Ashcraft, and Henry each delivered an assist.
Dustin Franks, Preston Henry, Cameron Epp, and Quentin Neer played outstanding in midfield.
Trevor Barry and Pierce Wall anchored the defense. Ryan Johnson and Isaiah Henry played outstanding in goal.
