Bellefontaine native and Olympian Louie Vito (pictured) rode to a fifth-place finish at the U.S. Grand Prix in Park City, Utah, Friday.
The Americans dominated the second and final leg of the Grand Prix.
The top five spots went to riders hailing from the U.S.
Shaun White claimed victory with a second run score of 97.25.
Scotty Lago was runner-up with a 94.50, Luke Mitrani followed with a 91.75, Greg Bretz took fourth with an 89.00, and Vito was fifth with an 87.25.
At the first U.S. Grand Prix stop in Copper Mountain, Colorado, last month, Louie finished third.
This year, the U.S. Grand Prix was upgraded to World Cup Status. Several countries use the event as their criteria for selecting their Olympians for the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi, Russia.
You can see Louie and the rest of the world's top snowboarders on the NBC Sports Network this afternoon at one o'clock.
