Six schools including three area schools advanced to the boys’ District bowling tournament Friday.
Bellefontaine totaled 4,279 points, Northwestern scored 4,220 points, Kenton Ridge recorded 4197 points, Versailles tallied 4,156 points, Benjamin Logan bowled 3,920 points, and Sidney rolled 3,884 points in the sectional tournament.
The tournament high series went to Bellefontaine’s Roman Miller with a 773 (248, 289, and 236).
For Benjamin Logan, David Miller finished 10th firing a 634 series (244, 217, and 173), Logan Wenger placed 36th bowling a 555 series, Wes Brown took 37th rolling a 553 series, Kam Newland claimed 39th recording a 552 series, and Josh Wiley placed 54th contributing a 505 series.
The District Tournament will be February 23rd at Beaver-Vu Bowl at Beavercreek.
