Youth soccer team wraps up strong indoor season

The High Point Stars U11 boys soccer team ended their season Sunday with a hard fought 6-3 loss at Soccer First.

Dustin Franks scored his first goal of the season and Pierce Wall recorded a 2-point shot from midfield.

Declan Ashcraft delivered an assist.

Preston Henry, Isaiah Henry, Quentin Neer, and Cameron Epp played excellent in the midfield.

Jacob Shell and Trevor Berry anchored the defense.

Ryan Johnson had 13 saves as goalkeeper, tending the net the entire game.

The Stars ended their season tied for third place out of seventeen teams.
