Liberty Township has a vacancy for the position of fiscal officer. The Board of Trustees will fill the vacancy at the next regular meeting April 20, 2026 at noon. Interested persons may submit a letter of interest or resume to any Trustee or by mail to PO Box 701, West Liberty, OH 43357 by April 17. The appointee will stand for election to the unexpired term ending March 31, 2028 in November 2026 (R.C. 3.02). Candidates must be residents and registered voters of Liberty Township (including Village of West Liberty residents); have experience in accounting/finance/record-keeping and ability to be bonded (i.e. pass a background check).
