Air Force Chief Master Sargent veteran Mike Wroten will lay the memorial flowers; Cody Caudill offers opening prayer, featured speaker: Mayor Jason Miller. The Benjamin Logan Middle School Band performs patriotic music and taps. Please bring lawn chairs.
