Amvets Post 39 North Carolina Trip to Help Hurricane Victims

Amvets Post 39 will be collecting donations for storm victims in North Carolina until Wednesday night October 30th. We rented two 26-foot box truck that we are filling with the supplies listed below. Our all-volunteer crew of 10 from Post 39 in Lakeview and Post 1789 in Brookville OH will leave Thursday morning Nov. 1st. We will deliver the supplies and stay to volunteer with local contacts through Saturday Nov. 2nd.

– Shovels/tarps/rakes

– Flashlights

– Sanitizer wipes/baby supplies
