Belle Center is hosting a family friendly Solar Eclipse Party on April 8th,2024 in the Richland Township Park from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. DJ Chris Roberts will be providing music entertainment covering a variety of music for all ages. The kids can enjoy the bounce house, snow cones and cotton candy! R Smokehouse food truck will be on-site during the festival. Belle Center’s local restaurants will also be open and serving. Main Street Tavern and the Belle Center Diner are located uptown.
ISO CE certified viewing glasses will be sold at the shelter house while supplies last.
Parking will be available at both the Murray Griffin Park and the Richland Township Park for $10. Parking gates open at 8 a.m.
Stay in the park for a clear view of the eclipse starting at 1:55 p.m., in totality 3:10 p.m. – 3:14 p.m., and ending at 4:27 p.m.
All proceeds go towards Wreaths Across America specifically for veteran wreaths in Belle Center’s Fairview Cemetary.
