Join us at Green Hills Community for BINGOcize, a fun, FREE, 10-week health program that combines the game of BINGO with inclusive exercises for everyone.
The program kicks off on January 7 and takes place 1 to 2 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday for 10 weeks in Foundation Hall.
BINGOcize was developed by the Western Kentucky University Center for Applied Science in Health & Aging and is brought to the area through a grant received by the Logan County Health District.
Each class is 45 to 60 minutes long and combines BINGO, exercises, and health education.
Less than 15 percent of older adults exercise regularly which leads to inactivity and related health issues, including falls.
