Empowerment Classes: Self Defense Techniques for Those Under 18

These classes are 6 weeks long, from 5:30p to 7p, every Tuesday. Class #1 is our ice breaker class, #2 TALK, #3 ACKNOWLEDGE, #4 MENTOR, #5 ACT, #6 RESTORE. Each class is designed to incorporate the above subjects to help with the healing process for children who have been in traumatic situations. Each volunteer is a survivor themselves.
