Iron Kids Fitness Day

Kids going stir crazy? Need to get out of house? Off electronics? Bring them to the YMCA for OUR FUN FREE event, on February 28, from 10 – 1 pm. Calisthenics Challenge will get them moving. 10-12 yrs old starts at 10am. 7-9 yrs old starts 11am. Meet Josh OUR new certified trainer.
