Commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration by attending a 19th century style Independence Day celebration! Learn h*w to play period games, such as cricket, and roll h*ops. Enjoy interacting with costumed historical interpreters. Listen to the Declaration being read (once a common tradition) and hear stories of earlier Independence Day traditions.
This year during our event, we are also h*sting an AM-250 Ohio Community Picnic from 12:00-3:00. Bring a picnic lunch, sample traditional 19th Century picnic fare, and collect AM250 souvenirs all while enjoying the festivities.
