QPR is designed to give you practical tools and confidence to respond when someone may be in crisis. You don’t need to be a mental health professional to make a difference. Just like CPR helps save lives in a medical emergency, QPR equips everyday people to respond to a mental health emergency.

In this session, we’ll cover how to recognize warning signs, how to ask direct and compassionate questions, how to encourage someone to seek help, and how to connect them to appropriate resources.

By the end of this training, you will be better prepared to act with care, confidence, and purpose. Your willingness to learn these skills can make a meaningful difference—and may even save a life.
