Rushsylvania Lions Club Memorial Day Services

The Rushsylvania Memorial Day Services by the Rushsylvania Lions Club will be held at the Rushsylvania Village Park, 180 Rush Street, at 9 a.m. Monday, May 27. The master of ceremonies is Lion Club president George Clayton who will also lay the memorial flowers. Pastor April Phillips will offer the opening prayer and the featured speaker is Air Force Chief Master Sargent veteran Mike Wroten. The Benjamin Logan Middle School Band will be performing patriotic music and taps. Those attending are asked to bring lawn chairs.
