SCARF (Shelby County Animal Rescue Foundation) is working to rein in their anticipation for a new event coming soon! A Kentucky Derby Watch Party & Bourbon Dinner will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at The Bridge Restaurant in Sidney with doors opening at 5:30 pm. Guests are encouraged to wear Derby attire (including hats!) and will enjoy a lively pre-derby party followed by a buffet style dinner. SCARF is very pleased to have local stewards Rob Jamison and Bill Zimmerman Jr. guide diners through a selection of Bardstown Bourbons during the dinner. Raffles and Silent Auction will help to round out the evening. Tickets are available online at helpshelbycountyanimals.com for only $85/person.

The mission of the Shelby County Animal Rescue Foundation is to raise funds to support the Shelby County Animal Shelter in safe adoptions, education & community outreach concerning abused and neglected animals, medical procedures, eliminating euthanasia of adoptable animals, and maintaining best practices.
