Local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Extending the Branch invites all to come take a “Stride for Pride” with them on Saturday, May 18th! Walk, run, skip, or sashay around Southview Park in Bellefontaine while getting sprayed with colored slime.
Proceeds from the fun run go toward continuing their mission “to enrich the quality of life through education, representation, and support for the Queer community and Allies.”
With both a 5K and 1 Mile Color Run this year, this will be an event for anyone and everyone regardless of athleticism! Make sure to pre-register by May 4th to ensure your spot! Your entry fee of $25 includes entry into your chosen color run, a delicious lunch, participation gift, and a white shirt to wear during your run. Awards are given for top finishers, best dressed, and most colorful.
Registration starts at 10am with the race send-off at 11am. This event is RAIN OR SHINE so mark it in your calendar – you won’t want to miss it!
