As soil health has become a greater concern and the benefits of maintaining plant cover over the soil has grown in recent years, it has been equally important to understand what cover crops to use, when, and why. For this class, held at the Troy Road Community Garden, our local Extension Office Educator, Jacob King, will teach about cover cropping in gardens and how to use them to your advantage! Your soil will thank you!
