West Liberty 60th Annual Labor Day Festival- Saturday Events

Event for SATURDAY August 30, 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM:

This year marks the 60^th anniversary of the West Liberty Labor Day Festival, to be held at West Liberty’s Lions Park, through Labor Day, Monday September 1, 2025.  Saturday August 30 kicks off at 10:30 AM with the annual parade through West Liberty, featuring hundreds of antique tractors and farm equipment.  At the park, there will be over 15 of your favorite food vendors on site plus a flea market, craft tent, antique equipment shows, sawmill demonstrations, buck-a-duck races, live music and entertainment, a kids area featuring a petting zoo, splash pad and barrel train rides.  The WL-S High School band will have a concert on the main ball diamond starting at 12:30, followed by the Bellefontaine HS show choir at 2:00 PM.  You won’t want to miss the action of the K&R Mower Derby, sponsored by Logan Lawn & Landscaping, starting at 4:00 PM.  Also, at 4:00 PM, the “Labor Day LIVE Music” concert, presented by CoJack Lumber and Supply, kicks off at Ball Field #2, with artists Kenny Chaffin, followed by Jess Kellie Adams, Fleetwood 2 The Max and headliner McGuffey Lane starting at 8:30 PM.  There is a $10 cover for the concert at the gate.  The beer garden opens in the concert area at 4:00 PM.  Bring the family and your friends to Lions Park for a fun filled Labor Day weekend!  For a full schedule of events, check out the “West Liberty Ohio Lions Club” Facebook page or go to www.westlibertylions.org.
