A Logan County man has been sentenced to prison after being convicted on multiple felony drug charges.
Judge Kevin P. Braig of the Logan County Court of Common Pleas sentenced 36-year-old Joshua Anderson Wednesday morning to an indefinite prison term of 9 to 12 years following his conviction on five felony drug offenses.
The most serious conviction was complicity to manufacture of drugs in the presence of a juvenile, a first-degree felony.
A Logan County jury found Anderson guilty on all charges on June 30, 2026.
During the trial, Anderson’s girlfriend, Jessica Vom Baur, testified that he aided and abetted her as she converted powdered cocaine into crack cocaine.
She previously pleaded guilty to illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony, and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Her sentencing is scheduled for August 11, 2026.
At Wednesday’s sentencing hearing, Anderson continued to deny responsibility, telling the court that Vom Baur had “manipulated” him and arguing that prosecutors failed to present enough evidence to support his convictions.
Judge Braig imposed the 9-to-12-year prison sentence following those remarks, bringing the case to a close pending any appeal.
