The charges stem from an alleged incident reported in early July of 2025. According to investigators, Berry reportedly sexually assulted a 14-year-old family member in exchange for vape pens.

Berry was arrested in late September 2025 by deputies with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office and was later indicted on October 16, 2025, on one count of rape and one count of sexual battery.

The trial is ongoing, and additional updates are expected as testimony continues and more details emerge in court.
