A 35-year-old West Mansfield man was arrested for OVI and resisting arrest after deputies saw him driving across the center line Sunday evening.

According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped a maroon Honda Accord around 5:40 p.m. on County Road 113 after it crossed into the opposing lane and remained over the solid yellow line for about five seconds.

The driver, Dylan Arseneau, showed several signs of intoxication

Deputies also reported smelling alcoholic beverages and said Arseneau later admitted he had been drinking.

Arseneau then failed several field sobriety tests.

He was arrested for OVI and reportedly resisted while being handcuffed.

Deputies also found several open alcohol containers in the vehicle.

Later, Arseneau refused a breath test at the Logan County Jail.

He was cited for OVI and marked lanes and booked on a second-degree misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest.
